Angi Leads also has a few phone numbers and email addresses you can use to reach customer service representatives. What information can you get in Angi’s help center?

Before you rush to contact Angi customer service, it may be worthwhile to look through the company’s help centers first. Your question might be one that’s frequently asked, and so you may be able to get a quick answer for it.

For homeowners hiring through Angi

Angi’s Homeowner Help Center is separated into five categories, which cover the following types of information:

  • Account, Membership, & Plans – How to log into, change information on, request data from, or delete your account; how to manage recurring bookings; how to unsubscribe from marketing emails; and information on the Angi Key membership.

  • Booking Experience – How to book services; how to prepare for a contractor coming to your property; how to contact the contractor if either of you needs to change something about your booking; what to do if you encounter an issue with a job; and what to do after a booking is completed.

  • Payments & Fees – How to add and update your payment information on Angi; how to use credits and coupons/vouchers; and what to do if you need a receipt or encounter unexpected costs in using Angi.

  • General Questions – Information about the Angi app, how bookings work (including pricing, who’s responsible for supplies, and if you need more than one contractor on a job), Angi’s booking partners, and general trust & safety policies.

  • Service Details – In-depth explanations of what certain categories of bookings do or do not entail.

Angi also has a frequently asked question page; the majority of answers on it are directed towards homeowners.

For pros & contractors

There are seven categories of information in Angi’s Pro Support Center, which provide guidance on the following topics:

  • General – Information on what Angi Services are (including places active, services offered, and hours of operation); how payments & taxes are handled; Angi’s on-the-job safety & conduct policies; contact & rescheduling policies for contractors; and specific definitions & issues relevant to being a contractor on Angi.

  • On the Job – What to do about an issue before or during a booking; how to stay in touch with customers to make changes to (and resolve problems with) bookings; special instructions for when a job is booked through one of Angi’s partners; and information about payment and taxes.

  • Payments & Fees – How contractors get paid, including how to change payment information and how to resolve issues with getting paid; and potential fees for problems (including how to avoid or dispute them).

  • New & Prospective Pros – How to become a contractor on Angi, including what identity credentials are needed, how long the process takes, and what you should do once you’re approved.

  • Angi Services for Pros App – How to download, install, and use the features of the Angi Services for Pros app on Android or iOS; how to troubleshoot problems with using the app.

  • Supplies – What materials can (or should) be brought by a contractor to a booking, and whether or not they will be reimbursed for their cost.
