If you’re having trouble with an aspect of Priceline – say, you need to change or cancel a booking – you might need to get in touch with Priceline’s customer service team. There are three main ways to do it: text-chatting live with a customer service agent, sending an email, or calling their customer service division over the phone.
Here are the basics of the process:
Were those instructions a little too quick and concise for you? If so, don’t worry – next, we’ll give you detailed instructions on how to use each contact method for contacting Priceline customer service.
1.Open your web browser and go to www.priceline.com. Move your mouse cursor over the Help menu in the top-right corner, and click Contact Us.

Priceline customer service can also be reached by calling their phone number: 1-877-477-5807.
If your call is about an existing booking or bid, be sure to have your itinerary or request number handy, as well as the phone number that you provided when you made that booking or bid (if it’s different than the one that you’re using to call Priceline with).
Be sure to read all of the information (including the fine print) when booking a flight, hotel, or car rental. It’s better if you know all of the information ahead of time.
Have all of your information in front of you. If you’re contacting them about a problem with a booking, for example, you’ll want to have all of the information in case the customer service representative happens to ask for it.
Be patient with the customer service representative you’re dealing with. You may have to wait to speak to someone – but keep in mind that they are a very large company and probably have lots of other people like you that need help too.
Check your bookings with the travel companies involved in your trip. It’s a good idea to call the airline, hotel, or rental car company that you booked through Priceline to ensure that your accommodations have been properly booked.
Ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. It’s possible that the customer service representative you’re speaking to may not have the authority to solve your issue the way you’d like. If you try to get in touch with someone with more authority, they may be able to help you out. However, keep in mind that this process may take a little more time and patience.
