  • Your first name
  • Your last name
  • Your email address
  • The section of Priceline that you need help with
  • Whether or not your problem concerns a booking that you’ve already made
  • A brief description of your issue

When you have entered all of this information, click Submit.

You may have to wait for a short while before an agent can assist you. When they connect with you, simply type in what you want to say and press the “Enter” key to send your message. When you are done chatting, close the pop-up window.

1. Do as much research as possible in advance.

Be sure to read all of the information (including the fine print) when booking a flight, hotel, or car rental. It’s better if you know all of the information ahead of time.
