To reach Care.com’s Help Center for Careseekers, scroll to the bottom of almost any page on Care. There, under the “Get Help” heading, click Help Center (/ Contact Us). It provides the following helpful information:

You can report a safety concern about a Care user from that user’s profile, message thread, job post, or booking details. While viewing any of these pages, open the “...” (More Options) menu and select Report (This User). Then fill out the requested information and click Send Report.
