How to Contact Hulu Customer Service

To contact Hulu

1. Go to www.hulu.com in your web browser and log in.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Help.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen again, and under “Need More Help?”, click Contact Us.

4. On the next screen, click one of the general topics that you need help with. This will have Hulu bring up options for how to contact them.

5. On the left, you can click Give Us a Call to have Hulu’s customer service team call you. Simply click the box labelled “Phone Number” and type in a phone number that you can be reached at. Then click Submit.

You should receive a call from Hulu’s customer service team shortly. Note that they are available 7 days a week, but only from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pacific Time.

6. On the right, you can click Send Us an Email to send an email to Hulu’s customer service team. 

Simply click in each of the boxes highlighted in the screenshot above and type in:

– Your name (should already be filled in)
– Your email address (should already be filled in)
– A short description of the issue(s) you’re having
– Additional details about your problem(s) that may help Hulu solve them

When you’re done, click Send Email. Then watch your email account and see what help Hulu can offer.
