Kay’s Experience & Background

Kay began writing for Tech Life Unity when it was in its early days (and then known as Techboomers.com) in 2016. Starting out as a tutorial creator, Kay helped create and round out the types of content TLU offered, edited much of the content, managed the blog & writing team, and helped build out digital literacy partnerships by attending conferences & hosting workshops for TLU.

Kay’s expertise lies in digital literacy content, vacation & travel, how to get deals & discounts when shopping online including with event tickets, and a lot of tech lifestyle tips like home & family, and online dating. Kay is also an SEO Expert & Strategist, working with many other startups looking to make their mark & improve their online presence. In addition to using these skills at TLU, Kay has worked with some great organizations including Bolt, Amplitude, and RepresentUs.

Kay has a Masters degree in History, as well as a Masters in English Language & Literature, and has won numerous awards & grants for her original research & writing.
